My Journey
Life for me has been a journey.
It’s one that has included many highs and lows, and more than a few unexpected twists and turns. Ironically, the turns I didn’t see coming provided the most valuable lessons and insights about myself, my abilities, and, most importantly, my true potential.
Like many people, along with the love, learning, supportive relationships, and individual achievements, my personal and professional journey has been characterized by its share of pain and disappointment, and no shortage of challenges to overcome.
Hate your boss? Been there. Got laid off? Been there twice. Broken heart? Yup. Challenging family dynamics? 40 years and counting.
I believe all of this equipped me to be an especially effective coach, one who can draw on a wealth of life experiences to help you visualize and reach your goals.
From each life experience, I have been able to identify a key learning or a-ha about myself. And when I took the time to peel back the layers of 20 years working in corporate America, a common thread kept emerging. I gravitated to, and had a passion for coaching others and helping them grow. I’ve also come to realize that this passion predates my professional career. I’ve been doing it all my life.
Whatever you’re feeling right now…
that sense that something’s missing in your life, and the burning desire to finally become the best YOU you can possibly be—there’s a good chance I’ve felt it, too. And I was able to successfully work through my challenges by applying many of the very same techniques, processes, and best practices I employ as a coach.
I truly believe my previous careers in engineering and sales, coupled with my executive VP roles in marketing and consulting, provides a unique perspective of structured results with focused individuality. The wisdom I’ve amassed from my personal experiences is the “secret weapon” I will bring to our coaching engagement—our journey together—as I work to guide, inspire, and empower you to realize your potential!
